About This Product
The Halo H550ICAT is a 5-inch aperture LED new construction IC, AIR-TITE housing designed for use with Halo RL56 and RL7 LED retrofit modules, as well as the ML56 LED Downlighting System of LED Light Modules and Trims. It is specifically built for insulated ceilings and can be installed in direct contact with insulation. This AIR-TITE, ASTM-E283-certified housing prevents airflow between conditioned spaces and unconditioned areas, helping to improve energy efficiency. The LED connection uses a non-screw base to maintain the high efficacy rating of the luminaire when paired with compatible Halo or All-Pro LED modules, lighting engines, and trims.
