 The 48″ waterproof curb serves as the front edge of a shower that you step over to enter. This ready-to-install curb is made from lightweight foam combined with a proprietary waterproof blend of synthetic polymer mortar and alkali-resistant fiber mesh. Prefabricated for convenience, it only requires sealing the corners before tiling. Designed to work seamlessly with the Everbilt shower system, this load-bearing, heavy-duty curb can be tiled right away to create a fully waterproof barrier. Need a longer curb? Simply join multiple pieces using Everbilt seam tape and waterproof membrane. Need a shorter one? Easily cut it down with a sharp razor blade. Pieces can be combined and sealed with seam tape and waterproofing membrane for customized lengths.
